Crosslinker
Midori Anzen’s cross-linker technology is engineered for high performance dip-moulding compositions used in glove manufacturing. These agents allow the production of gloves with high tensile strength, excellent elongation, and improved fatigue resistance — particularly important for applications demanding durability and comfort.
Product Features
- Enables sulphur-free or reduced sulphur curing for latex and nitrile glove systems, improving process safety and reducing sensitizer risk.
- Provides excellent elongation and fatigue endurance, supporting high elastic performance in thin-film glove applications.
- Compatible with carboxylated nitrile-butadiene latex (XNBR) or modified elastomer systems that include unsaturated carboxylic acid units.
- Improves film strength, stress-retention and reduces reversion in service.
- Optimized for dip-moulding process: drying, curing and post-processing steps.
Applications
- Medical and examination gloves requiring high flexibility and fatigue resistance.
- Industrial gloves exposed to mechanical wear, chemical contact or repeated flexing.
- Thin-film dip-coated gloves (supported or unsupported) where high film strength and elasticity are essential.
- Specialty glove systems with fabric liner or reinforcement layers requiring strong adhesion and cross-linked film integrity.
